The Philadelphia Zoo is going global in its conservation efforts. The Zoo has spearheaded a trip to Canada on a mission to study polar bears and to promote best practices in wildlife conservation. The objective of this trip is to directly save species from extinction and to support on-site conservation action. Through our work with animals "in the field" and in the Zoo, we are continuing our mission of connecting our staff, volunteers and quests with wildlife.
