At the Smokehouse BBQ, we feature beef brisket, pork shoulder and whole chicken dry rubbed with our own spice blend then slow smoked to perfection. Finished off with our house-made signature sauce, these savory dishes are sure to delight. Other popular items include the “Big Texan” half pound burger, seasoned thick-cut fries, foot long dogs and a variety of tasty side dishes including “Mac n Jack”, coleslaw and green chili cornbread.

Sandwiches Beef Brisket Sandwich* Texas style. Dry rubbed and slow smoked. Served on a Kaiser roll with our homemade BBQ Sauce and topped with seasoned frizzled fries. Pulled Pork Sandwich* Marinated in vinegar, sugar and spices. Slow smoked till it’s “falling off the bone” tender. Served on a Kaiser roll with our homemade BBQ Sauce and topped with seasoned frizzled onions. Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwich* Brined, smoked and pulled whole chickens. Served on a Kaiser Roll with our homemade BBQ sauce and topped with seasoned frizzled fries. Big Texan Burger* Our juicy Angus burger cooked to perfection, served with American cheese, bacon, homemade southern BBQ Sauce, and your option of frizzled onions. * Platters include our homemade Green Chili Cornbread and Coleslaw.
