2017 Conservation Impact Award Honorees

Jaimie and David Field

Fields

More than 500 guests are expected at Philadelphia Zoo’s signature event of the year and, for the first time in the Gala’s history, we intend to hold the event here at the Zoo. Join us in celebrating Jaimie and David Field’s outstanding leadership, dedication and achievements in conservation and enduring support of Philadelphia Zoo, as well as countless environmental causes locally, nationally and globally.

In addition, the Global Conservation Prize will be awarded to Maxon Fildor and Fausto Siavichay Pesántez, who have been instrumental to the success of Philadelphia Zoo's International Amphibian Conservation Program. From discovering long lost species that were thought to be extinct, to breeding critically endangered frogs and helping us share our conservation message with local people, these two awardees have been instrumental in addressing the global amphibian crisis, one frog species at a time.
