The Communications Manager oversees the Zoo’s public relations functions and is responsible for carrying out a comprehensive public relations plan that supports strategic marketing and promotional initiatives.

The Director of Events is responsible for directing all aspects of the events department and oversees strategy and planning of all Zoo special events including but not limited to marketing/revenue generating events, donor cultivation events and guest/programming events.

The Director of Pathology conducts diagnostic investigations of diseases and causes of death and makes recommendations to improve the health, well-being and reproductive capacity of Zoo animals; reports to the Director of Animal Health.

Under the general direction of the Director of Facilities, supervise the day-to-day operation of the Engineering Department to include work scheduling, supervision of trades mechanics, preventive maintenance programs and record keeping.

Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, the IT Director manages and supports the WAN and LAN environments to include router, switch and firewall installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of contract management.

Under the general direction of the Senior Veterinary/Laboratory Technician provides technical and medical support/assistance in the care and treatment of all animals in the collection.
