Director, Corporate Sponsorships
The Director of Corporate Sponsorship will oversee the Zoo’s corporate sponsorship strategy including serving as the lead salesperson and as the coordinator of all aspects of the relationship. This position requires strong sales experience, a strategy and management background, and a customer service mindset in order to create and maintain sustainable corporate relationships. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Central Communications Operator
As a primary point of contact for Zoo guests, the Central Communications Operator regularly and routinely demonstrates the Zoo’s strategic commitment to the guest experience by executing duties in a manner that positively impacts the guest call and/or visit.
Data Analyst
Working closely with the Director of I.T. and the Director of Business Solutions, the Data Analyst will help support a growing business intelligence network at the Philadelphia Zoo.
Garden Services Manager
Under direction of the Director, Garden Operations, the Garden Services Manager provides critical frontline control and management of the Garden Services Department to ensure that work, projects, and services are carried out in accordance with Zoo and Departmental objectives, policies and work standards.
Guest Relations Assistant Manager
The Guest Relations Assistant Manager-Box Office is responsible for coordination of the Zoo’s box office, ticketing and turnstile operations, including cash handling, staffing, training and POS management.
Grants Manager
Reports directly to Vice President of Development and responsible researching, writing and submitting foundation grant opportunities for general operating and program support.
