Gather your troops for a wild adventure at the Philadelphia Zoo!
Schedule your own trip or join us for a special scout program. The Zoo

offers special daytime badge and patch programs and overnight programs for girl scouts and boy scouts of all ages. These programs present unique opportunities to experience wildlife and discover the natural world in ways only the Zoo can offer. Scouts hike the zoo with an animal expert, meet animals up close and personal, play games and complete scouting requirements along the way!
General admission tickets for the Zoo are available at the rate of $13 per scout. One free chaperone ticket is given per every 10 scout tickets purchased. Additional chaperone tickets can be purchased at the above-listed price. Advanced booking is necessary to obtain the discounted group price - call 215-243-5235 to book your visit.
All buses (charter, tour, and school) should discharge and pick up passengers along 34th Street. Bus drivers receive free admission to the Zoo. Bus parking is always free.
Daytime Scout Workshops
Through hands-on activities, hikes through the Zoo and live animal encounters, completing your badge at the Zoo is tons of fun! You will also receive a self-guided scavenger hunt to continue your learning beyond the workshop, as well as a special Zoo ‘Salute to Scouts’ badge.
