Stroller and Wheelchair Rentals
Strollers and manual wheelchairs are available to rent while supplies are available at the Zoo's Main Entrance. Please note that some of our buildings and exhibit areas are not stroller accessible.
Food
Indoor and outdoor food concessions offer a variety of eating options. The Zoo also maintains picnic areas at several picturesque outdoor locations. Guests are permitted to bring their own food and drink; however, alcohol is prohibited on Zoo grounds.
Why Aren't There Any Straws?
Sometimes, straws end up in the animals' enclosures instead of trash cans, and swallowing them can be hazardous to their health.
Retail
Retail shops with unique wildlife and Zoo gifts are available onsite. The Zoo's gift shops feature an array of fascinating gifts and unusual souvenirs for kids of all ages!
Photo Outpost
Get your picture taken at the Philadelphia Zoo! Photo Outpost is a roving photographic opportunity that randomly captures guests participating in a variety of Zoo activities. Before leaving, guests are able to preview and purchase their pictures at the Channel 6 Zooballoon building.
Other Amenities
ATM, bike racks and rest areas are easily accessible on Zoo grounds.
