If you are between the ages of 14-17 and have the passion, enthusiasm, and creativity to solve problems related to wildlife and the environment, this is your opportunity to take action!

As a Wildlife Action Crew participant, you will learn how to tackle the planet’s biggest conservation problems directly from Zoo experts.

Join us to learn about different continents, native species, and conservation efforts of 5 unique animals you can meet at the Philadelphia Zoo! While learning why each animal’s unique conservation story matters to the planet you’ll be introduced to similar, local species that also need your help. Zoo staff and experts will teach you ways to help local species thrive—right here in your own backyard!

Featured animals include: the Golden Lion Tamarin, African Lion, Indian White-Eye, Golden Coin Turtle and the Rodrigues Fruit Bat.
