I understand that I must submit both an application form and application fee to be considered to exhibit at the festival. I understand that submitting an application and nonrefundable application fee does not guarantee acceptance to the festival.

I understand that I will be notified of acceptance on July 15, 2026. Artists placed on the waitlist will be notified on a rolling basis. Due to the volume of applications, non-acceptances will not be communicated.

I understand that I must confirm and submit the booth fee within five days of acceptance to guarantee my participation in the festival. Vendors that do not submit within five days will be moved to the waitlist and re-accepted on a rolling basis. Re-acceptance is not guaranteed.

I agree that I have read and understand the Philadelphia Zoo Art Festival’s General Information, Regulations, and Frequently Asked Questions, including Terms and Conditions.
