LumiNature Group Tickets

LumiNature returns for another season of breathtaking sights, sounds, and surprises! See more than a million twinkling lights across 14 illuminated zones, and experience a magical journey celebrating the wonder of wildlife and the beauty of our planet at our biggest and brightest holiday light show yet.

Availability: Select dates in November and December.
Group Rate: $20.00 per person (adult or child). Standard processing fees apply.

School Group Bus Arrival

School Groups

Bring your lessons to life at our 42-acre living classroom! Spark your students’ curiosity and help them connect with the wonders of wildlife. A field trip to the Zoo is like no other, combining learning, fun, and the chance to get a little wild.

Availability: Spring, fall, and winter during our standard operating hours, Monday-Friday.
Group Rate: $15.00 per student, with 1 complimentary chaperone per 10 paid students. General Group rate applies between March 23rd and April 7th. Summer Camp rate applies between June 15th and September 5th.

Share your school group’s passion for the Zoo, our animals, and conservation efforts by hosting a fundraiser! For more information, please visit us here.

The Zoo’s Community Access Program (CAP) provides free admission to students in kindergarten through 12th grade from Title I public and charter schools (with 50% or more of the students receiving free or reduced-priced lunches). Applications for the Spring 2024 Season will be made available in late January.

Scouts

Gather your troops! Discover and meet wildlife as you trek through our 42-acre living classroom. The Zoo offers a special guidebook for girl scouts and cub scouts upon request (digital version provided).

Availability: Spring, summer, fall, and winter during our standard operating hours.
Group Rate: $18.00 per scout, with 1 complimentary chaperone per 10 paid scouts. General Group rate applies between March 23rd and April 7th.

Bring your scouts down to the Philly Zoo on November 5th for a special Scout Day. Earn your Environmental Science and Mammal Study merit badges! For more information, please click here.

Summer Camps

A day at the Zoo can create memories that last a lifetime! Have your campers spend a day in the Naturehood to connect with nature and wildlife.

Availability: Summer (June 15th – September 5th) during our standard operating hours, Monday-Friday.

Neighbors of the Zoo either by way of residency, school enrollment, or groups leading mission-aligned projects in our nearby neighborhood are welcomed and encouraged to consider the Zoo as an extension of their home and classroom through our Community Access Program.
