Community Access Program Application
The Zoo’s Community Access Program (CAP) provides free or reduced-price admission to K-12 students from Title I public and charter schools (with 40% or more of the students receiving free or reduced-priced lunches).
Applications for our Fall 2025 CAP Season will go live for all schools on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025. If you are an educator from the Philadelphia School District, applications were provided on August 20th, 2025 through the district.
Community Access Program Application
Please coordinate with your school administration and fellow educators to submit one application per school per date. Additional applications may result in processing delays or updates to another teacher’s existing reservation. This application will allow you to reserve between 15-120 free student tickets per school (K-12), depending on free ticket availability at the time of review. Additional students in excess of the allotted 120 per school or for trips requested after we have reached capacity will qualify for our reduced rate of $7.00 per student. The dates covered by this program are October 1st to November 28th (M-F). K-12 Title 1 schools or schools from the following zip codes are eligible for Community Access Program (CAP) tickets: 19104, 19131, 19139, 19143, and 19151.
Applications will close on Friday, September 12th at 5:00 P.M. Please see below for current availability (subject to review at the time of booking).
