Garden Weekend

Explore the Gardens at Philadelphia Zoo!

Join us starting April 18th to discover stunning topiaries, blooming gardens, and flowering trees across our 42-acre campus at their spring peak.

Many of these trees and flowers only bloom for a few short weeks—don’t miss your chance to see cherry blossoms, magnolias, redbuds, and more in full color. Be sure to catch our brand-new ZooTopiaries: Nature’s Sculptures, featuring three larger-than-life mosaic animals crafted from thousands of living plants, opening April 18th and included with your admission or membership.

Want to go deeper? Join one of our NEW Guided Garden Tours on Tuesdays and Saturdays through May 31st, led by expert Zoo docents who will walk you through the history, horticulture, and wildlife habitats that make our gardens one of a kind. Tour tickets are $8–$10 per person in addition to Zoo admission or membership.

Make the most of this season by spending it surrounded by wildlife, flowers, and family at America’s first zoo!
