Latest 990 Form

The Philadelphia Zoo has always made its Form 990 available for review by the public upon request.  In order to provide ease of availability, the organization’s most recent Form 990 may be accessed by clicking on the link below.

The Philadelphia Zoo believes that its governing documents, conflict of interest policy and audited financial statements should also be available to the general public. The organization will provide copies of these documents for review upon receipt of proper notification. Additionally, the public may inspect these documents at the Philadelphia Zoo’s offices upon request.
